Terms & Conditions

  • Once payment for tickets has been made, no alteration, refunds or cancellation will be permitted.
  • In case of show cancellation, refund will automatically be given to your credit/debit card. For cash payment, please contact Showbooking counter or call center within 15 days and refund will be given within the following 15 days.
  • In case of show postponement, the ticket(s) shall automatically be valid for the new date and time. To request for a refund under this condition, Customer must contact Showbooking at least 24 hrs. prior to the show and refund will be given within 15 days after submission of such request.
  • For any lost of fixed seat ticket(s), please present police report with valid photo ID card or passport together with credit/debit card used at the time of purchase or the original receipt to the ticket Counter at the venue on the day of event.
  • For the lost of non-fixed seat(s) or standing ticket(s), Show Booking reserves the rights not to issue replacement ticket(s) in any case whatsoever.
